Today's Skyscrapers Puzzles

Notes

Objective / Rules
Complete the grid such that every row and column contains the numbers 1 to the size of the grid.
Every row and column contains a number only once.
The clues tell you how many skyscrapers you can see in that direction.
You can't see a shorter skyscraper behind a taller one.

Help
Read the help / walkthrough page on Skyscrapers puzzles for a more detailed explanation and a walkthrough.

Pencil Marks
What is a pencil mark? Pencil marks can help you keep track of your own thinking, simply enter more than one digit into each square, just like you might do if you were using pen and paper. The size of the digits is smaller when there is more than one digit in a square. A square might contain more pencil marks than can be shown.

Usage
Note: only when supported by your computer / device / browser / etc (and only when your cursor is in the grid).
a or # = auto-pencil marks (or click 'pencil').
CTRL + arrows = move around the grid (you might need to press SHIFT as well).
SHIFT + number = highlight all squares with that number [SHIFT+0 to clear].
Clicking a clue's arrow will change its colour, very handy when you know the clue has been satisfied.
"Show squares with" highlights all squares containing that number as a pencil mark.

Checking
If you click 'check' the system will check for mistakes. If 'show mistakes when checking' is ticked / checked they will be marked in red when you click 'check'. There are two types of mistake checked for:
   • A single number that isn't the same as the answer.
   • Pencil marks that don't contain the answer.

Uniqueness
This puzzle has exactly one correct answer, which can be found using logic and deduction alone, and no guesses are required. If you think that you have found another answer, then please check the rules carefully for a reason the other answer isn't allowed.
