Objective / Rules
- Find all of the hidden ships.
- The clues tell you how many ship pieces are in that row or column.
- The small ships across the top tell you which ships are hidden in the grid.
- A ship can only be found horizontally or vertically.
- Ships are never next to each other, neither vertically, horizontally, nor diagonally.

Usage (if supported by your device)
- left-click – Blank › Water › Ship › Blank
- right-click – Blank › Ship › Water › Blank
- 'auto' – auto-fill '0 clue' rows / columns with water.
- 'show remaining' – changes the clues to show how many unplaced ship pieces are still remaining in each row / column.
- 'highlight clues' – ticks a row / column when the correct number of ships pieces are in that row / column (they might not be correct), a grey tick means all of the squares in that row / column have been set.
Checking
- 'check' – checks for incorrect squares.
- 'show mistakes' – highlights incorrect squares when the puzzle is checked.
Uniqueness
- This puzzle has exactly one correct answer.
- No guesses are ever required.
- Double-check alternative answers carefully, and then recheck the rules.
