Hint System
Clicking 'hint' once will suggest a square for you to look at more closely. If you click 'hint' again, it will tell you why that square was suggested. These images use the help puzzle to demonstrate the types of hint suggested:

star – completes the row / column / region
This is the last remaining square in the pink region. Therefore, it must be a star.
This is the last remaining square in the pink region. Therefore, it must be a star.

dot – star in row / column / region / diagonal
There is a star in R3C1. Therefore, these squares must be dots.
There is a star in R3C1. Therefore, these squares must be dots.

dot – otherwise no options in an adjacent region
If we placed a star here, then the yellow region couldn't contain a star. Therefore, this square must be a dot.
If we placed a star here, then the yellow region couldn't contain a star. Therefore, this square must be a dot.

dot – because of a region in R# / C#
The orange region's star forces these squares to be dots.
The orange region's star forces these squares to be dots.

dot – this region must have a star in R# / C#
The blue region's star has to be in Row 1. Therefore, these squares must be dots.

dot – otherwise no options in R# / C#
If we placed a star here, then Row 5 couldn't contain a star. Therefore, this square must be a dot.
If we placed a star here, then Row 5 couldn't contain a star. Therefore, this square must be a dot.

dot – (e.g.) columns 4+5 share 2 regions
2 columns (4 & 5) have their stars in 2 regions (orange & yellow), which means the stars in these regions have to be in these columns. Therefore, other regions can't contain stars in these columns, and these squares must be dots.
