Solve a random Easy : Medium : Hard Japanese-type logic puzzle chosen from today's collection.
Objective / Rules - Connect every island, such that any island can be reached from any other. - Each island contains a number that shows you how many bridges leave that island. - Up to two bridges can connect islands together. - Bridges can only go horizontally or vertically and may not cross each other.
Mouse Usage To place a bridge you can either click the starting island and drag to the ending island, or first click the starting island, and then click the ending island. If possible, the system will place a bridge. Repeat this to place a double bridge, repeating again removes the bridge. If the correct number of bridges leave a clue, it will turn green (this doesn't necessarily mean that this is correct, just that the bridge clue is currently satisfied).
Checking If you click 'Check' the system will perform a very basic check. It checks for a double bridge where there should be a single bridge, and any bridge where there should be no bridge (it can't check for a single bridge where there should be a double as this isn't necessarily a mistake). If 'Show mistakes when checking' is checked mistakes will be marked in red. If 'Highlight correct clues' is checked any clue where the correct number of bridges leave that island (but not necessarily correctly) will be highlighted.
Uniqueness Each puzzle has exactly one solution, which can be found using logic alone and no guesses are ever required. If you think you've found another solution, then please double check the rules.
