There are two versions that can be printed, a default one, and one that requires less ink (no objectives or rules, and no lines).

Objective / Rules

Fill the grid with Blue(X) or White(O) squares.
Every row and column has an equal number of Blue(X) and White(O) squares.
A 3-In-A-Row of the same colour / letter isn't allowed.
