Free Sudoku Usage
A maximum of two Sudoku per day, from the six levels, may be freely used in any free or commercial publication, we only require recognition of copyright. A link to each Sudoku image can be found on the Sudoku Assistant page, underneath the Sudoku. The interactive version of BrainBashers Sudoku may not be used elsewhere.
- General Usage
You may freely print off as many copies of any of the Sudoku as you like for your own usage, your friends, your students, etc. You must however, use the BrainBashers print option, as this will ensure the copyright is displayed. As thanks, we'd appreciate a postcard with your name, quick message and general location sent to the address below.
- Printed Sudoku
For usage in a printed format the following MUST appear underneath every Sudoku:

On every Sudoku page there is a print option that has both the Sudoku and its answer in a format more suitable for printing. Once the Sudoku are printed, we ask that a copy of the first publication that features BrainBashers Sudoku be sent to the address below.
- Internet Sudoku
You may use any of the static Sudoku images but the images must be hyper-linked back to www.brainbashers.com and you must clearly display our copyright. As thanks, we ask that you send us a postcard with your name, quick message and general location to the address below. Also, please let us know the page that contains BrainBashers Sudoku.

Use of BrainBashers Sudoku is subject to the site's terms and conditions, noting particularly your requirement to double check the answers for yourself. Rigorous tests are performed on every Sudoku and so far no mistakes have ever been found in the 7 years and 3 months since Sudoku first appeared on BrainBashers.
